Made for More - Week 4 // March 30, 2025

For the fourth week of Lent we continue in the sermon series, “Made for More”. Pastor Jeni takes us to the book of Luke (15:11-32) to discover what we can learn from the widely recognized Parable of the Lost Son. Come discover who Jesus invites to His Table of fellowship and grace - and therefore who we should as well.

Things to consider as you listen:

  • An unrepentant heart breeds seperation.

  • Because of Christ, we have reason to be in fellowship with people our culture tells us to despise.

  • There’s no societal norm then or now more important than the return of lost humans.

  • In God’s economy, there’s always enough grace to go around.

  • The contrast between the utter humiliation of the younger brother and the self-righteous pride of the older brother is obvious. The father attempts to reconcile the two with his ethic of love.
